Regarding Online English Training…


1. How many different kinds of English study options are there?

Our online English program has two study options: 25 minutes and 50 minutes. We sell both kinds of classes in blocks of 5 sessions. The usual way we conduct class sessions is through FREE TALK, meaning that teachers can cover any material the student desires. We also have a conversation course that we highly recommend if the student does not have anything specific in mind.

We have a FREE ONLINE ASSESSMENT TEST. Anyone is welcome to take it and we will send an evaluation. Either click the link or scan the QR code to go to the site.

2. Do you offer GROUP study options for online classes?

Yes, but to qualify for the GROUP class rate, there must be at least two (2) people studying together, and they must continue together until the end of their selected number of lessons. If others in the group drop out so that only one student remains, that student will need to switch to MAN-TO-MAN rates if they wish to continue after their current lessons have been completed.

3. What is FREE TALK?

As mentioned earlier, FREE TALK means there is no fixed lesson plan. The goal is to have a discussion in each class on any topic the student wishes. The student uses their English, and the teacher listens, evaluates, and points out strengths and weaknesses.

4. What is the FREE CLASS you mention?

We understand that some students would like to try out classes before they make a commitment. If you like, we can arrange a free trial class for you. The class will be 25 minutes, and during the class the teacher will assess your abilities and better prepare for your classes if you decide to purchase lessons and study with us. There is no charge for the class or for the assessment.

5. If I am late for a class, how long will the teacher wait?

Because a teacher may have back-to-back classes, it is important to start and end each class on time. If a student is late for a scheduled class, we cannot extend the time of the class. The teacher will open the online classroom on time. If the student does not show up within 15 minutes of the start time, the class will be cancelled and the student will be marked as absent. The training fee for that missed class will be forfeited and there will be no makeup class.

6. What if I do not have ZOOM?

ZOOM is a free communication program. If you do not yet have it, you can easily download and install it on your device. (Here is the link to their website) You do not need to register for an account. Once you have a study schedule and a teacher, you will receive an email from us with a link for joining your class. If you click the link inside the email, it will automatically open ZOOM and take you to the classroom. The teacher will let you into the meeting and you will have your class.

You will repeat this process for each class meeting in your study.
