How Much Will A Camp Cost?

Determining the cost for a camp is multifaceted. There are big items—like housing, classes, and meals—and there is also a myriad of small details that must be figured in. With a lead time of a few months, we can plan and negotiate all of the costs so that everything we need is included. If you are interested in exploring a camp with us, we need to begin with some basic information.

  • When would you like to come?
  • How many campers will come?
  • Their ages, genders, and English levels.
  • Will any campers be below the age of 15?
  • How many accompanying adults will come?
  • How many days would you like for the camp to be?
  • How many hours of English per day would you like? (4 or 5 on weekdays only.)
  • On how many school days do you want after-school activities?
  • How many all-day weekend activities do you want?
  • Do you want to take the group out of the city, or to another island while you are here?
  • Do you want ETHOS housing, or do we need to find a place outside?

There will be additional details we will need later, but once we have these, we can begin working on a package for you. We will be thorough and include as much as possible. Our goal is to make the experience fun and rewarding—something the kids will remember for a long time! The list below will give you an idea of the kinds of expenses we anticipate during the camp.

These things ARE included in the price:

  • Airport transfers.
  • Tuition and study materials.
  • Use of the school facility.
  • All taxes and service fees.
  • Purified drinking water at school and in ETHOS housing facilities.
  • Wi-Fi at the housing and school facilities.
  • Travel and immigration assistance.
  • Immigration fees.
  • Housing.

These things ARE NOT included in the price:

  • Extra activities not planned as part of the camp.
  • Individual meals at malls and restaurants.
  • Laundry service.
  • Cell phone service.

How Do We Pay For The Camp?

Because the amount will be significant, we require bank transfers. Once the package has been finalized, we will require a 25% non-refundable registration fee to confirm your camp booking. We will send a billing invoice for this payment as soon as we agree on the package details. Once we receive this registration fee, we will reserve your housing and classes and pay any reservation fees required by outside providers for camp services and activities.

Three weeks before your scheduled arrival at ETHOS, we will send you an invoice for the balance payment. You must pay this amount no later than 15 days before you leave to come to ETHOS.

Very important… We must receive full payment before you depart for the camp!

Please read the Payment Policy for special rules regarding cancellations and refunds.
