Are you connected with an educational institution? Would you be interested in bringing a group
of young people for an English Camp? We would love to host you! We will arrange the immigration,
housing, laundry, transportation, meals, entertainment and activities, and, of course, daily weekday
English classes.
We guarantee a safe and memorable study and cultural experience!
The English part of the camp will be our 4-hour-per day program, that covers American Pronunciation, Grammar, Conversation, and Reading. We will have three classes in the mornings, and one after lunch. The class day will begin at 9:00 AM and we will be finished with the final class at 2:00 PM.
Sleeping accommodations can be arranged either using our in-house facilities (if available) or outside in local tourist hotels. You can visit our HOUSING OPTIONS page, in the menu above, for mote details.
Afternoons after school and weekends are available for scheduling activities. We have a nice portfolio of possible outside fun activities for consideration. Simply choose what you want and we will make the arrangements. Once we get the full picture of what you want, we will recommend scheduling a couple of afternoons to be rest times so that the kids will not be too tired
We will organize several trips to our large SM Seaside mall, where the kids can eat, play, and shop.
As a special treat, the campers will get to interact frequently with our family, including our 13 American-English-speaking grandchildren who range in age from 1 to 16 years old! We will plan several social events in which the campers will spend time and speak lots of English with all of these!
You will not find this option available in any other school here in Cebu!
The Camp should be for a minimum of 1 week in duration and should have a minimum of 6 children. We will coordinate to create a balance of study and play to match whatever you desire. Afternoons after school can be as full or as empty as you like. Whatever you want, we will do our very best to make it happen!
Groups with campers under the age of 15 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone, who will act as guardian on behalf of the parents and help the children pass through the special airport immigration requirements they will have upon arrival. They will also have special requirements when they leave the the Philippines on their way back to their home country after the camp. You can visit the ABOUT IMMIGRATION page for the details.
Our final price quotation will be all inclusive, incorporating costs for lesson materials and instruction, all transportation, immigration, any entrance fees, scheduled snacks and meals, and all government taxes and service fees. We will also include the expenses for the chaperones accompanying the kids on the trip. We will add everything expected in the proposed itinerary that you approve, and then divide that number by the number of campers.
Not included in our price will be cell phone service, shopping, snacks, and meals at the mall, and meals at any all-day activity site that are not included in the entrance cost. Each camper will be responsible for their own choices and bills. They will need to bring extra money.
There are also cost considerations for Immigration. We will take care of all the processing. You can visit the ABOUT IMMIGRATION page, in the menu above, for all the details and costs.
You can visit the PRICING page for all the cost details.
If you are interested in having a camp with us, use the form below to send us the number of campers you plan to bring, at least an estimate of their average age, how long you want to stay, and when you would like to come. We will then contact you and begin negotiations for your group’s special itinerary at no charge! You will not pay anything until you agree to the final details and price.
If you have questions, please visit the FREQUENT QUESTIONS page.Once we come to an agreement, we require a 25% non-refundable deposit to confirm your booking. This payment will be used to pay any deposits or setup costs for camp activities. The balance will need to be received in our account at least 1 week before the scheduled arrival. Please note that we bill in US$ and payments will be sent to our corporate US$ bank account here in the Philippines. All funds must be received before the campers arrive and once the camp starts there can be no cancellation or refund.
Please make certain that you provide all medical information on the campers who might have severe allergies, chronic conditions, or who must have regulated diets and or activities. Please also make certain that all campers have medical insurance and that they bring with them any medication they need for daily maintenance.
A number of our staff have emergency first-aid training and we have a company nurse who can assist in the delivery of care. Cebu City has a number of good hospitals, several with special departments to handle the needs of foreign patients. You and your kids will be in good hands!
